To ensure you receive your delivery on a day convenient to you, Cheap Beds offer a number of delivery options and services, as outlined below.
All deliveries will require a valid signature before any goods can be left. Proof of delivery, in the form of a signature, will be obtained by the courier company.
All orders with a value over £99.99 and a delivery address in the UK Mainland (marked in grey on the map below) qualify for free delivery.
Some remote postcodes are excluded from free delivery, and will incur a delivery charge and longer delivery time, as illustrated in yellow on the map below.
Orders for less £99.99 are subject to delivery charges regardless of the delivery location.
Our product and basket pages display "UK Mainland Standard Delivery" charges applicable to individual products and whole baskets respectively.

Selected Remote Postcodes
Deliveries to addresses within postcode areas AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, HS, IV1 or 1V3-56will be charged at £29.99 and will take 3 - 5 days plus any product lead time for items not held in stock.
Outside Mainland UK
Deliveries charges outside mainland UK (GY, JE, TR21-25 (Channel and Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man) and Offshore islands KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH9, PH15-44, ZE) are calculated based on your delivery address. Please contact us for a quotation.
Next day Delivery
Orders containing only products marked as "Next Day Delivery", ordered before 1.00pm, are available for delivery on the next working day or on a day of your choosing between Monday - Friday. Please select your preferred day from the calender in the Checkout.
Confirmation of Delivery Date
If your order is not in stock or you have not specified a delivery date during checkout, we will contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery date. We will then dispatch your order according to your specified delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
If you would like to find out the status of your current order, please e-mail or call our sales department on email@example.com or 0845 652 3369, where one of our advisors can tell you the current progress of your order.
If there is any noticeable external damage to your product packaging, please sign for the parcel as DAMAGED. This allows us to claim for the damage, and rearrange a new product to be dispatched to you. Without a damaged signature, we are unable to process a replacement.
If you are out when your delivery arrives, the courier company will provide you with a card containing a delivery number and a contact phone number. Please contact the courier company for further instructions.
